Welcome to Jostens Yearbook West 2009 Registration.

Before you continue please stop and check the following:

  1. Are you registering for everyone on your yearbook staff?
  2. If you are, do you have all the registration forms and your purchase order?
  3. If you are only registering for yourself, please check on the next page to see if anyone else from your school has already registered before you add your school. We are trying to avoid the entry of duplicate schools.
  4. If you have your purchase order, when you complete your school's registration, you can print your invoice and send it to your district or school office for payment.
  5. If you need to download a copy of the workshop brochure, click here.

  7. If you only need a copy of the medical release (students only) click here.

Remember, we must recieve the Medical Release form from every student no later than July 10. If we do not receive it by that day you cannot attend the workshop.
